These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.rigidapps.com, RIGID APPS websites, online tools, calculators, converters, games, mobile applications, downloadable resources, software, account-based services, and related products and services collectively referred to as the "Services."

Please read these Terms carefully.

By accessing or using a Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should discontinue use of the relevant Service.

RIGID APPS — Master Product Coverage & User Responsibility Terms

Comprehensive Product Coverage

These Terms are intended to apply broadly to all current and future products, applications, tools, platforms, websites, software, games, utilities, marketplaces, digital services, and experimental features developed, operated, published, distributed, or made available by RIGID APPS unless a particular product expressly provides separate terms.

The Services may include, without limitation:

A Service does not fall outside these Terms merely because its particular category, technology, functionality, or name is not specifically listed above.

User Responsibility — General Rule

RIGID APPS provides technology that assists users in performing tasks, obtaining information, making calculations, organizing information, communicating, processing files, or making their own decisions.

Except where applicable law expressly provides otherwise, the user remains responsible for the user's decisions, actions, information, transactions, purchases, submissions, interpretations, and use of results generated through the Services.

RIGID APPS does not make professional or personal decisions on behalf of users.

The availability of a feature does not mean that RIGID APPS recommends that the user take a particular action.

Users must exercise their own judgment and obtain qualified professional assistance whenever appropriate.

Medical, Health and Medicine Applications

Medical, medicine reminder, health, nutrition, fitness, wellness, symptom, calorie, BMI, medication, allergy, health-monitoring, or similar Services are provided only as general-purpose informational, organizational, reminder, or tracking tools unless expressly stated otherwise.

RIGID APPS does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, clinical decisions, emergency services, or professional healthcare advice.

Users are responsible for:

• Following instructions provided by qualified healthcare professionals

Notifications and alarms can fail because of device, operating-system, permission, battery, software, hardware, or configuration problems.

A RIGID APPS application must therefore not be used as the sole mechanism for critical medication, treatment, emergency, or life-dependent decisions.

Financial, Investment, Tax and Wealth Tools

Financial, investment, stock-market, tax, accounting, loan, mortgage, retirement, savings, budgeting, wealth-management, portfolio, insurance, or similar Services provide mathematical calculations, analysis, simulations, educational information, or organizational functionality.

They do not constitute individualized:

RIGID APPS does not guarantee:

• Investment returns

Users are solely responsible for deciding whether to invest, trade, borrow, lend, purchase, sell, file taxes, or take any other financial action.

Past performance, calculations, forecasts, simulations, scores, or generated recommendations do not guarantee future results.

Children's and Educational Services

Certain RIGID APPS Services may be intended for education, learning, games, life skills, study assistance, habit development, financial literacy, creativity, or other activities suitable for younger users.

Parents and legal guardians remain responsible for supervising children's use of the Services where supervision is appropriate or legally required.

Educational scores, assessments, recommendations, progress indicators, badges, certificates, or other outputs are intended primarily for education, motivation, or entertainment.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not constitute professional:

RIGID APPS may restrict certain account, advertising, communication, profile, location, or community features for younger users where required.

Marketplaces and Listing Platforms

RIGID APPS may operate marketplaces or listing platforms connecting independent users, including buyers, sellers, drivers, hosts, property owners, service providers, customers, or other participants.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RIGID APPS acts as a technology platform facilitating connections between independent users.

RIGID APPS does not automatically own, operate, inspect, control, guarantee, or provide the underlying property, parking space, product, vehicle, accommodation, service, or other asset offered by a third-party user.

Users are responsible for independently evaluating:

A listing appearing on the platform does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement by RIGID APPS.

Marketplace Transactions Between Users

Where one user conducts a transaction with another user, each party remains responsible for fulfilling their respective obligations.

RIGID APPS does not guarantee that:

• A buyer will pay

Where legally permitted, disputes concerning the underlying goods, spaces, services, or user conduct should first be resolved between the users directly involved.

RIGID APPS may provide reporting, moderation, cancellation, payment, or dispute-management functionality but does not thereby become the provider of the underlying third-party service.

Payments and Payment Providers

Certain Services may allow payments, subscriptions, bookings, purchases, platform fees, marketplace transactions, premium upgrades, or in-app purchases.

Payments may be processed through independent providers such as:

RIGID APPS may receive transaction status or payment confirmation without receiving complete card, bank, or payment credentials.

Users are responsible for:

• Providing valid payment information

Payment failures, bank delays, chargebacks, gateway failures, payment-provider outages, or financial-network errors may be outside RIGID APPS' control.

Marketplace Payments and Payouts

Where RIGID APPS facilitates payments between users, funds may be processed by third-party payment providers.

Subject to the specific product rules, RIGID APPS may deduct:

Hosts, sellers, or service providers are responsible for providing accurate payout information and meeting any tax, identity-verification, business-registration, or regulatory obligations that apply to them.

Artificial Intelligence and Automated Output

Some present or future RIGID APPS Services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, algorithms, automation, or external AI providers.

AI-generated or automated output may be:

Users must review AI-generated content before relying upon, publishing, submitting, sending, or acting upon it.

AI-generated information does not automatically constitute professional medical, financial, legal, tax, engineering, educational, or other professional advice.

The user remains responsible for the final use of generated output.

File, Image, Video and Document Processing

RIGID APPS may provide tools to process:

Users are responsible for maintaining backup copies of original files.

Processing may result in:

RIGID APPS does not guarantee that a processed file will be identical to its original except for the requested transformation.

User Rights to Uploaded Material

Users must have the legal right to upload, process, modify, store, convert, publish, or share files or content submitted through RIGID APPS Services.

Users must not knowingly use the Services to infringe:

The user remains responsible for content submitted by that user.

Location, GPS, Maps and Navigation

Location-related Services may rely on:

• GPS

Location information can contain errors.

RIGID APPS does not guarantee:

• Exact positioning

Users must independently assess real-world surroundings and obey applicable laws, signs, restrictions, and safety requirements.

Camera, Scanner and Document Applications

Camera and scanning applications are tools for capturing, organizing, modifying, or storing information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not provide:

• Government certification

Users remain responsible for verifying documents when verification is required.

Weather, Environment and Agricultural Services

Weather, air-quality, UV, climate, agricultural, crop, environmental, or related information may depend on external data providers and predictive models.

Actual conditions may differ from displayed or forecast conditions.

Users should obtain authoritative information before making safety-critical, agricultural, medical, travel, or significant financial decisions.

Business Software and SaaS

RIGID APPS may provide business applications including CRM, ERP, HRMS, project management, timesheets, attendance, invoicing, scheduling, inventory, workflow, analytics, or similar software.

Users and businesses remain responsible for:

RIGID APPS provides software infrastructure and does not become the employer, accountant, auditor, tax adviser, HR adviser, or legal adviser of businesses using the software.

Experimental and Beta Features

RIGID APPS may release experimental, preview, beta, early-access, or test features.

Such features may:

Users should not rely on experimental features for critical operations.

Future Products

RIGID APPS continuously develops new applications, games, tools, platforms, and digital services.

These Terms are intentionally designed to apply to those future Services unless RIGID APPS states that separate terms govern a particular Service.

The introduction of a new product category does not by itself require these Terms to be rewritten.

RIGID APPS may nevertheless update these Terms where a new Service introduces legal, regulatory, technical, payment, privacy, or risk considerations that are materially different from those already addressed.

Product-Specific Notices

Certain Services may display short additional notices, disclaimers, warnings, rules, subscription conditions, or usage instructions.

Those notices form part of the terms applicable to that Service.

Where a product-specific notice conflicts with these general Terms, the product-specific notice applies to that particular matter unless prohibited by applicable law.

User's Duty to Review Important Information

Users should independently verify any output before relying upon it for important purposes.

The fact that RIGID APPS provides a convenient tool does not transfer responsibility for the user's final decision to RIGID APPS.

Acceptance of Technology Limitations

By choosing to use the Services, users acknowledge that software and internet-connected products cannot be guaranteed to operate perfectly at all times.

Possible limitations include:

Users should maintain reasonable alternative systems, backups, verification procedures, and professional advice when consequences of an error could be significant.

Governing Law and Hyderabad Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory rights and laws that cannot legally be excluded, these Terms and disputes arising from the use of RIGID APPS Services shall be governed by the laws of India.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the courts having competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to RIGID APPS, its Services, or these Terms.

Users accessing RIGID APPS from another state or country do so voluntarily and remain responsible for compliance with laws applicable to them.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a statutory consumer, privacy, or other right that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

General Allocation of Responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

RIGID APPS provides the technology and the user decides how to use it.

The user is responsible for:

RIGID APPS remains responsible only to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

1. User Choice and Responsibility

Use of RIGID APPS Services is voluntary.

You decide:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RIGID APPS does not make decisions on your behalf.

You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take after using our Services.

2. Appropriate Use

RIGID APPS provides digital tools primarily for general:

RIGID APPS does not provide:

Users remain responsible for obtaining appropriate medical care.

Do not rely exclusively on an application, alarm, notification, calculator, or reminder for medical treatment or medication management.

6. Engineering, Construction and Scientific Tools

Engineering, construction, measurement, electrical, mechanical, scientific, or technical calculations must be independently verified before professional or safety-critical use.

RIGID APPS does not certify calculations for:

Users accept responsibility for obtaining appropriate professional verification.

7. Legal Tools and Information

Legal calculators, forms, templates, compliance information, or similar Services are provided for general informational purposes.

They do not constitute legal advice.

Use of a RIGID APPS legal-related Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Users remain responsible for obtaining professional legal advice where necessary.

27. No Unauthorized Resale or Copying

WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

31. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that use of software, online tools, calculations, external information, generated content, downloadable files, and third-party services involves inherent risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you voluntarily assume risks associated with:

You remain responsible for evaluating whether the Service is suitable for your intended purpose.

32. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIGID APPS, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, DEVELOPERS, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF THE SERVICES.

This includes, where legally permitted:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

33. User Responsibility for Decisions

Any action taken based on information obtained through a Service is ultimately the user's decision.

Where professional judgment is required, the user is responsible for consulting an appropriate qualified professional.

RIGID APPS does not accept responsibility for a user's independent business, medical, financial, investment, legal, engineering, travel, purchasing, or personal decisions merely because a RIGID APPS Service was used as one source of information.

34. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIGID APPS, its owners, employees, developers, contractors and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from:

This provision applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

35. Suspension and Termination

RIGID APPS may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable product-specific terms, form the agreement governing use of the relevant RIGID APPS Service.

41. Governing Law

Subject to mandatory laws that cannot legally be excluded, these Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Services shall be governed by the laws of India.

42. Jurisdiction — Hyderabad, Telangana, India

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the courts having competent jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, claims, proceedings, or controversies arising out of or relating to RIGID APPS, these Terms, or the Services.

Users accessing the Services from another state or country do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with laws applicable to them.

Nothing in this section is intended to override a mandatory jurisdiction, consumer-protection right, statutory remedy, or other legal right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

43. Informal Resolution of Disputes

Before commencing legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact RIGID APPS and provide reasonable details regarding the dispute so that the parties may attempt to resolve the matter directly where appropriate.
